舞蹈動作治療與一般舞蹈課程有哪些區別？

舞蹈動作治療會運用許多心理療癒的干預方式，包括使用身體的經驗來達到來訪者自我感知、自我覺察，治療師不教導舞蹈的技巧，而是用身體動作或舞動的方式來引導來訪者去感受自己身體及內在的變化，會用到以下這些方式：

德國舞動治療師 Bräuninger博士 在2014年提出舞動治療具體的介入方式有：

1. 舞蹈技術 Dance techniques

包括：舞蹈練習Dance practice, 編排Composition, 舞蹈作品Choreographic work, 舞台演示Stage presentation

2. 舞蹈動作治療技術 DMT techniques

包括：表達Expression, 隱喻,Metaphors, 同步Synchrony

3. 焦點 Focus

包括：具體主題Specific theme, 特定情緒Specific emotion, 連結引發來訪者或治療師對互動的反應Associations triggered the client or the therapist's response to their interaction

4. 想像技術 Imaginative techniques

包括：積極想像Active imagination, 視覺化Visualization

5. 領導風格 Leadership styles

包括：言語領導風格Verbal leadership style, 非言語領導風格Nonverbal leadership style, 指導性領導風格Directive leadership style, 非指導性領導風格 Non-directive leadership stylez , 同理心的領導風格 Empathetic leadership style, 支持性的領導風格Supportive leadership style

6. 冥想舞蹈技術 Meditative dance techniques

包括：儀式/ 圓圈舞 Ritual/ Circle dances, 真實動作元素Elements of authentic movement

包括：在DMT課程中退行可以在語言或動作中表現 In DMT regression can manifest itself at a verbal and at a movement level ，由地板爬行到起身或從胎兒的位置捲起 Crawls across the floor or curls up in a fetal position

10. 課程結構 Structure of Session

包括：不同群體有多種類型結構 Various types of group structures with different populations

在舞蹈動作治療中，我們特別應用動作研究和分析體系來分析行為模式，為評估與提取素材用於輔導和治療（李微笑，2013）。這些動作研究和分析體系包括：拉班動作分析（Laban, 1966; Lamb & Watson, 1987），巴特妮夫基本動作（Bartenieff & Lewis, 1997），凱氏動作描繪系統（The Kestenberg Movement Profile）（Kestenberg, Loman, Lewis & Sossin, 1999），動作診斷測試（Espenak, 1981），行動側寫（Laban & Lawrence, 1974）等；動作觀察和分析是舞動治療是的強大工具，以搜集、評估數據孕育出介入的方案（Schmais, 1974; Meekums, 1999）。
